No wheelchair access; easier rear access for limited mobility. Friday arrival preferred; Monday by approval. Up to 2 extra guests by prior arrangement only (£350pp or £500pp in peak months: Feb half term, Easter, May bank holidays, June–Sept, Oct half term, Christmas, New Year).

Hot tub unavailable if pipes freeze.
